To ensure your appointment time, it is recommended that you schedule with as much advance notice as possible or at the end of your last experience. Our staff allocates time especially for each guest; therefore, a credit card is required to guarantee these reservations. All appointments are subject to availability. Menu services and prices are subject to change. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT:
To begin your experience, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. If this is your first time visiting us your will have paperwork to fill out. Delayed arrival time will limit the time for your experience, potentially reducing the effectiveness of your treatment and the expectations of your visit. In consideration of other guests, service time will not be extended for delayed arrivals, and the full price of your service will be charged.
CANCELLATIONS OR RESCHEDULING:
As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation of your appointment via phone call, text or email. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, a 24 hour advance notice is required. If you fail to cancel your appointment within the 24 hour time frame, you will be charged a late cancellation fee which is 30% of your scheduled service charge. All no show appointments will be charged at full value of services.
SPA PAYMENTS, GRATUITY, AND GIFT CARDS/CERTIFICATES:
Payments are accepted in the form of cash, most major credit cards, and gift cards/certificates. Gift card/certificate contains value which may be used to purchase services at face value. This card/certificate cannot be used to purchase other gift cards/certificates. The card/certificate must be presented at the time of purchase and the available balance will be applied to the transaction. Prices are subject to change without notice. The gift card/certificate is non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Any unused Balance will remain on the card/certificate. This card is transferable we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use of the card/certificate. Gift cards/certificates expire after 1 year.
